Our Speciality
Chicken-N-More's beef brisket's long, slow cooking gives the meat a rich flavor and tender texture. The old South Barbeque Sauce intensifies the flavor. The catfish is fried to perfection with a mild taste and firm flesh that is moist and succulent. The crunchy, crispy fried chicken has been voted the Slam Dunk Dish in the Inland Northwest on Channel 4 news. Bob's pulled pork is slow-smoked for hours until it is moist, tender, and flavorful. It is then covered with a Carolina sauce which has a spicy, vinegary flavor. We also serve greens, red beans and rice, and gumbo.
